This machine offers dual plasma arc "Compound Skew" bevel heads for cutting bevels in steel plate up to 32 mm thick at angles from 0 ~ 45 degrees.

The work area here is 10m x 80m.

Processes include:

Two HT4100 oxygen dry type plasma arc stations (300 amps)
- Through-the-arc automatic height sensing
- Automatic plate alignment
- Continuous rotation of bevel head
- Programmable arc current & voltage
Two oxyfuel torch stations with:
- Sensomat Pan automatic torch height sensing
- High volume oxygen with pierce rate control
- Automatic torch ignition
- Heavy duty motorized torch lifter
Plate marking devices include 2 Zinc Powder Markers
- Zinc or blue powder lines
- 24 m/min (1000 IPM) marking speed
- High speed dashed lines using marker on/off commands
