"NC" is in our NameSince ANCA started as a CNC Control manufacturer it only stands to reason that at the heart of every ANCA machine tool you will find a control solely designed, built, and programmed by ANCA personnel.

ANCA is currently on its third generation of CNC controls. We started with the "System 16", then to the "System 32", and finally to our latest control the 64 bit 3DX. Giving ANCA’s Thirty plus Software Engineers the ability to work along side of the machine designers has allowed ANCA to develop a truly matched machine tool package.

In the constantly changing PC market ANCA’s 20 plus years of experience in developing PC’s has allowed us to stay in front of the competition with all of the latest advancements.

Sercos Digital Drives

Along with the Control ANCA also builds all of the axes drive cards. The 3DX control utilizes the latest technology of fiber optic communication cables and "Sercos" Compliant 100% Digital Drives.

Some of ANCA’s design concepts have always included interchangeable drive cards. No matter if you are running a linear or rotary axis the drive cards can be "swapped" to verify the axes operation and to help reduce spare parts cost.
