• Specifically designed to precisely grind the metering slots, outside diameters and slot edges of automotive power steering valves in one single setup
• Grinding of the outside diameter is monitored during the process and data is transferred through the CNC to produce accurate edge modifications
• This maintains the pre-determined "drop off" between the outside diameter and the edge modification and increases the functional accuracy of the part
• Features the unique ANCA edge locater, Manual Pulse Generator (MPG) feed and "windowing" software
• ANCA System 32 CNC which facilitates multi-tasking
• Rigid concrete polymer base
• Same degree accuracy in each part is obtained by mounting the OD and edge grinding wheels on the same wheel arbor
• Robust tailstock arrangement with an electronically driven rotary diamond wheel form dresser is unique
• Fitted with an autoloader for unmanned operation.
